COVID-19: A Message to our Customers

The last few weeks have been anything but ordinary. Like many of you, we’re constantly keeping an eye out for updates about the spread of the novel coronavirus and the disease it causes, COVID-19. Our team in Berlin has gone fully remote to comply with Germany’s social distancing measures—and while we may not be in the office, we’re still working hard to provide the same honest advice and reliable service that we always have. 

Living through a global public health crisis would be stressful under the best of conditions. But for many of our expat customers, navigating a different health system in a new country adds another layer of confusion—and the Feather team is here to help you through it.

If we helped you get insured through one of our public insurance partners (e.g. AOK, Barmer, TK), then rest assured that they’re still processing applications and claims. It may just take a bit longer than usual. If you have any questions about a claim or the status of your application, then just get in touch—we’re happy to look into it for you.
